Bishop Dr. Victor Ogo Mbanisi was once a brilliant young boy who topped his class in Basic Six but couldn’t proceed due to financial hardship. His dream of becoming a medical doctor faded, not for lack of intelligence, but because of poverty.
Rather than give up on life, he made a vow; to help others rise above the very obstacle that once held him back. Today, that vow has become a movement, the Victor Mbanisi Foundation, established in 1989.
Since then, thousands have benefited from scholarships and training programs. Victor Mbanisi Foundation was founded to bring to life the dreams of individuals with a passion for education but who are financially handicapped. It affords people privileges they would have had naturally or educationally, if not for poverty.

To build a society where no dream is limited by financial hardship, and every individual has the opportunity, skills, and resources to live a fulfilled and impactful life.
Mission
To bridge the gap between dreams and opportunity by providing educational scholarships, skill acquisition, trade apprenticeship, and financial empowerment to the underprivileged.
