For over 30 years, the foundation has been dedicated to service, awarding scholarships to students from primary school through master’s level, with alumni who have gone on to build successful careers in leading institutions, including Banex Industries Ltd.
We Are Non-Profit Organization
Bishop Dr. Victor Ogo Mbanisi’s journey began as a gifted young student who excelled academically, topping his class in Basic Six. Despite his brilliance, financial hardship prevented him from continuing his education, and his dream of becoming a medical doctor was cut short, not due to a lack of ability, but because of poverty.
Rather than allowing this setback to define his future, he made a lifelong commitment to help others overcome the same barriers he once faced. That commitment gave birth to the Victor Mbanisi Foundation in 1989.
Since its establishment, the foundation has supported thousands of individuals through scholarships and training programs. It was created to turn the dreams of passionate but financially disadvantaged individuals into reality, providing opportunities and support they would have naturally attained if not limited by poverty

To build a society where no dream is limited by financial hardship, and every individual has the opportunity, skills, and resources to live a fulfilled and impactful life.
Mission
To bridge the gap between dreams and opportunity by providing educational scholarships, skill acquisition, trade apprenticeship, and financial empowerment to the underprivileged.
